In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 9 of the Fees Ordinance, 1951 the Yang Di Pertuan Agong hereby makes following order:

Citation

1. This order may be cited as the fees (Hydrological Data) (D.I.D) Order, 1966.

Fees

2. There shall be charged for the supply by the Drainage and Irrigation Department of data specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto fees in the manner specified in the second Column of the said schedule.

Remission

3. The Director of Drainage and Irrigation, States of Malaya, may in his discretion remit wholly or in part any fees prescribed in Paragraph 2 of this order.

Data for Government Purpose

4. This order shall not apply to the supply of datas for Government purposes

Types of Data

For 3 months and below

3 months to 1 year or any part thereof

For any additional year up to 10 years of any part thereof

For any additional year in access of 10 years or any part thereof
